TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, offers, and agreements between Regha and business customers (B2B).

2. Quotes

Quotes are non-binding unless otherwise stated.
Validity: quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date.

3. Delivery

Standard production and delivery time is 4 weeks after confirmation and receipt of full payment.
Shipping is included in the quoted price. Delivery is made to the address specified by the client.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full upfront before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Since all products are custom-made, returns or changes are not accepted after confirmation.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 working days after delivery.

7. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements and legal relationships.
